[LORE] In the year 2327, Earth underwent a catastrophic shift as its polar ice caps expanded uncontrollably due to a failed climate engineering experiment. The world descended into chaos as the majority of the planet's surface became an arctic wasteland. Entire nations collapsed, and humanity retreated to the few remaining habitable zones. The Arctic became a new frontier, both hostile and full of hidden resources vital for survival. In this frozen expanse, a powerful military organization known as the Forged Rangers was formed. Comprised of highly trained soldiers, advanced technology, and a single goal, which was to control the Arctic and its bountiful, yet dangerous secret the Rangers were born out of necessity to protect humanity’s future and exploit the last untouched reserves of energy and technology buried beneath the ice.
