Dear Panem, once known as North America lives in ruins, 13 Districts rebelled against the Capitol that loved and fed them. After years of suffering in war, the Capitol finally won, defeating the Districts, punishing District 13 turning it to ruins. The Capitol forgave them, but freedom comes at a cost, therefore every year, a male and female tribute from each 12 districts is forced into the capitol to fight to the death until 1 tribute remained.
