𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐧𝐨 𝐝’𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐄𝐬𝐞𝐫𝐜𝐢𝐭𝐨 𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐨 𝐏𝐞𝐫 𝐥'𝐈𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐚 𝐞 𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐥 𝐑𝐞! 𝟏𝟗𝟏𝟓 - 𝟏𝟗𝟏𝟖 𝐒𝐘𝐍𝐎𝐏𝐒𝐈𝐒 This group is a historical representation of the Royal Italian Army (Regio Esercito) during Italy’s campaign in the Great War (1915-1918). Long dismissed as unprepared after humiliations like the 1896 defeat at Adwa, Italy has undergone sweeping military reforms. Now, under King Vittorio Emanuele III, the Regio Esercito marches to reclaim Italia Irredenta—the "unredeemed lands" of Trentino, Trieste, and Dalmatia—from Austria-Hungary. The battles will be brutal: From the frozen peaks of the Dolomites to the bloody trenches of the Isonzo Front, Italian fanti (infantry) and Alpini mountain troops fight with courage. Despite early setbacks, the spirit of Garibaldi and the Risorgimento drives them forward. Join the fight for Italy’s destiny!
