United States Marine Corps (USMC) Officer Candidates School (OCS) is a 10-week intensive training program at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia, designed to screen, evaluate, and train potential officers. It tests candidates' physical, mental, and leadership capabilities to determine if they possess the necessary qualities to be commissioned as Marine Corps Second Lieutenants.
