"No Cap." ------------------RULES---------------------- - If ANY member of the Hat League is spotted not wearing a hat, they will be immediately frowned upon possibly exiled - Harassment Is NEVER permitted, the Hat League is a civil community, everyone in the group is treated as family. - ALWAYS treat people with respect, everyone deserves respect even you. - EVERYONE can have a say, but not everyone can make a difference, it's nothing personal. - Advertising is only permitted under PERMISSION from ranks Honorary Hatters, Captain Fez, and Mad Hatter. This feature should not be abused and is a privilege to all members of the Hat League. - Actions done by anyone from the haltings rank WITHOUT permission will be punished, keep in mind that there will be 5 chances for redemption, punishments may lead to being looked down upon. - A reminder that punishments will be limited to 5 strikes at maximum and punishments after said 5 strikes will be exiled, everyone is EQUAL.
