Mobile Task Force Alpha-1, codenamed "Red Right Hand", is the personal task force of the O5 Council, serving as their will, shield, and scalpel. Operating above and beyond normal Foundation authority, Alpha-1 is granted total autonomy to execute any operation deemed necessary to preserve the secrecy, continuity, and supremacy of the Foundation — regardless of legality, ethics, or consequence.
