Description
The Uruy goal is to establish a community for like-minded individuals. Our key values encompass indigeneity, decolonization, intellectualism, and misandry. Founded by Madiwa, a Karay-a Indigenous woman from Panay, the community is named after a sacred flower called Urúy by the Indigenous peoples of its place of origin, known to outsiders as the rafflesia. Ang tuyo kang Uruy amo ang magtukod kang isa ka komunidad para sa mga pareho kang panumduman. Ang amon mga balor naga-angot sa pagka-Indigenous, dekolonisasyon, intelektuwalismo, kag misandriya. Ginhalinan ini ni Madiwa, isa ka Karay-a nga Indigenous nga babayi halin sa Panay; ginpangalanan ang komunidad suno sa isa ka sagrado nga bulak nga ginatawag nga Urúy kang mga Indigenous nga katawhan sa iya ginhalinan, nga ginakilala kang mga tagagwa bilang rafflesia.
