Ossetian Intellectual Society ༻❁༺ 𝐀𝐝 𝐢𝐦𝐦𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐦 Founded in 1794, the Society has proudly carried the light of Ossetian humanities and cultural studies for centuries. Originally a beacon of revolutionary enlightenment philosophy, today the Society is a proud and patriotic association shaping social and cultural theory in the service of the Empire. In the broad fields of philosophy, literature, history and anthropology, the Ossetian Intellectual Society provides scholarship and lectures on a variety of subjects, preserving the long imperial heritage of Ossetia. The artistic and scientific life of Ossetia shudders at the force of the critical pen of the Society's scholarly criticism, which banishes all art and culture that contradicts its universal standards, as set forth in the monthly critical journal ''Veritas'' which also serves as an artistic outlet for the very cream of aspiring Ossetian poetry.
