Lagoon Company [Black Lagoon] #34933069
Description
The Lagoon Company (ラグーン商会 Ragūn shōkai), also called Lagoon Traders, is a for-hire shipping, smuggling, and pirate service. It operates in Roanapur. The Lagoon Company is led by Dutch, who presents himself as a former U.S. Navy PT boat captain who supposedly went AWOL after the end of the Vietnam War. There are currently four other people under the company: the electronics specialist and navigator Benny, the businessman Rock, the gunslinger Revy, and the ex-assassin Le Majeur, the most recent member-in-training. Rock is the second latest addition to the company; before him, it is insinuated that it was Benny. At the beginning, Revy struggles to cooperate with Rock due to his civilian morals, but as the volumes progress, they have developed a strong bond.
