The country Vinlania in the year 2065, when the country has taken control of most of Europe and South America, deeming those continents the 'Ministror Union', is speculated to become a target of government corruption. To prevent this from happening, or to stop the corruption from advancing too far if it does, Victor Inc., the big guys running Victor Services, created a new Contingency Program to protect Victor, their leader, in the event he is overthrown. The brave soldiers in this program are loyal to Victor...or are they? Depends on who joins now... Whether or not they are, it is their job to protect and serve Victor no matter the situation.
