~ Hello! Welcome to my group! This group is a fan club for the singer Laufey. (Pronounced lay-vay) You may know her from some of her most popular songs From the Start, Promise, and Falling Behind. I created this group for Laufey fans or just people who wanna be apart of this group and learn more about her. :)) ~ Facts about Laufey Laufey is a singer, songwriter, and musician. Her music style is a mix of bossa nova, romantic pop, jazz inspired pop, show tunes, and classical. Laufey’s music career started by participating in the Icelandic versions of Island Got Talent, and The Voice. Her father is Icelandic and her mother is Chinese.Her mother is a classical violinist and her grandfather was a violin educator at the Central Conservatory of Music in China.Laufey can play the piano, cello, and guitar. She grew up in Washington DC and Iceland. She now lives in LA. I ran out of room so if you have any questions please ask in the wall.
