Chronic Fatigue Syndrome (or Myalgic encephalomyelitis) is a condition best characterized by constant fatigue, post-exertional malaise, sleeping issues, cognitive impairment, general pain around the body, sensory issues, trouble controlling body temperature, among other symptoms, some of which are more uncommon or severe than others. This kind of condition can affect just about anyone, and it's relatively invisible. Many people go undiagnosed for long periods of time (such as myself), and the scale of which it affects someone depends on person-to-person. Severity is very important, CFS/ME can leave people house-bound in some cases due to intolerable or incredibly painful/uncomfortable symptoms. I made this group with the intention of meeting new people I could relate to, especially considering this is where I spend most of my time on my computer.
