Description
Using the Data they got from Vault 18, The Enclave gained info on All of the Vaults in America. The Enclave would send All Clear signals to the Control Vaults they come across, giving them FOB's, High Quality Food production, Fallback Bases, and most importantly, Prime Normals to Recruit. They would implement the same tactics as they used in V18, implementing a Patriot Program, allowing Vault Dwellers to join a Training Program, and indoctrinate them fully into the Enclaves Ideals. [GROUP USED FOR LARP PURPOSES. NOT AN ACTUAL GROUP.]
