Training & Education Department (TED) - The Training & Education Department are the Drill Sergeants of the Corporation. They train the new batch of people, even the older batches. TED just like SD are one of the more strict divisions due to them representing the Corporation to the new batches of recruits. To join TED you must be a C3+ either pass an application or a tryout.
