Shadow Company PMC External Affairs Division The External Affairs Division is the Company's diplomatic arm - tasked with forming diplomatic relations with foreign Groups of Interests. The External Affairs Division aims at increasing our affiliations with other groups who may need assistance in operating in facilities and territories. Alternatively, they help out other Groups of Interests to fight other organizations that they might lack the resources required to compete against.
