This department includes all communication nodes and command centers; every such node and center has a standby for failure redundancy. Administration is one of the key elements of any bureaucratic organisation. The jurisdiction of AD also include whole Foundation's site operations. In addition to the major importance across all sectors of the Foundation it controls all of the primary functions of Foundation-owned facilities, being managed and held accountable by the executive assembly.
