[COMMUNICATIONS] Join the Volcano Royal Navy comms server! [INVITE] Anyone is free to join however only those who are head of the affairs will be able to communicate on the server. [ALLIANCE] Contact the Director of Foreign Affairs in order to create an alliance with the Royal Navy. There is a set of requirements in order to be considered for an alliance. They are not that tricky but make sure to contact the Director of Foreign Affairs for more detail.
