Description

The Training Service (TS) is a specialized unit responsible for preparing and developing new and existing personnel through structured training programs. The Training Service ensures that all members understand proper procedures, discipline, communication, teamwork, and the standards expected within TPNPR. Duties: Conduct recruit trainings and evaluations. Teach rules, regulations, and procedures. Lead drills and formations. Monitor trainee performance. Assist in improving personnel discipline and teamwork. Maintain a professional training environment. "Train with Discipline, Lead with Honor."
