Description
They thought they could win, they thought they could fight, but in the end, they all die. They praise their god, they thought he was strong, but in the end they were wrong. They thought they could win with all their might, they thought their god would never falter in his fight; but all their hopes were shattered, in that final night, for their god had failed them, and they faced their doom with a final fright. Their village laid in ashes, the air still and dark, no one left alive to tell the tale of what once was a mark; their parents wept and cried, their hearts forever shattered, for the children's lives were taken, leaving naught but shattered chatter.
