The 𝗣𝘂𝗯𝗹𝗶𝗰 𝗣𝗿𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗰𝘂𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗦𝗲𝗿𝘃𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗼𝗳 𝗖𝗮𝗻𝗮𝗱𝗮 (𝗣𝗣𝗦𝗖) is the independent federal prosecution agency responsible for conducting criminal prosecutions on behalf of the Crown under federal jurisdiction. The Service ensures the fair, consistent, and impartial application of criminal law across Canada. PPSC provides legal representation in prosecutions arising from federal statutes, offering expert legal services that uphold the integrity of the justice system and protect the public interest.
