Description
The Shadow Combine Officer Candidate Program is a multiphase class that goes over the standards and conduct that a Shadow officer should hold during events or while on duty. During these sessions, candidates will engage in rigorous training exercises designed to develop their leadership skills, tactical awareness, and "ethical" decision-making. By the end of the program, participants will be fully equipped to uphold the values of the Shadow Combine while effectively managing their responsibilities in community engagement.
