Description
The Nagao clan was a Japanese samurai clan that operated during the Sengoku period. They were based in the Echigo Province, or modern-day Niigata Prefecture. They were known for its martial prowess and deep ties to the warrior code of bushido. It especially became famous after Nagao Kagetora, one of the most famous military leaders of the time, became the new lord of Nagao.
