Description
The Shadow Senate, What is a King alone? Simply put he is one man. Orcus is wise enough to know that some decisions need more than one opinion, that is where his Senate come in. These men are skilled not in combat, but in their intelligence. Whether it be military situations, alliances, wars, and even smaller less concerning matter, Orcus will always turn to those he trusts to help run his House.
