Group Type: OPERATION Group Role: Administration Group Parent: The High Guard --------------------------------------- LORE: The High Council of Elders consists of Cybertron's elite governing bodies. The members consist of ex-mayors of all of Cybertron's cities ranging from Crystal City to Kaon City as well as Alpha Trion himself. Elections are held every fifty cycles to determine the head of the council which also bares the role of Cybertron's Ruler. Each member of the council has been upgraded to a Prime to maintain traditional leadership values among the Cybertronian religion of the Prime Dynasty. The Primes each have absolute authority over anyone but eachother. However, the council will host meetings to determine new laws for the Ruler to personally approve. The council is always protected by its High Council Guard to ensure even more protection even with their upgraded chassis'. --------------
