Description
We are the Time Lords. We come from the planet Gallifrey, in the Constellation of Kasterborous located near the center of the Milky Way galaxy. We are now located outside of the known universe. We were founded by GeneralTimeLord. The number of Time Lords has steadily grown, and have once again become a powerful, yet peaceful force. Each Time Lord is given 12 regenerations (lives if you will), allowing for 13 forms, though more may be granted by the high powers of the Time Lords. We have the right to repair the time line should anything happen to it. We are the Time Lords, a once near extinct race that has now risen from the depths, all thanks to the Doctor, to retake our place of the rulers of time.
