Every currently innocent Westbound player has the right to unite in organized fashion, with other innocents, to establish a militia which combats lawlessness. Furthermore, the Westbound Commonwealth has been established, For all civilized men to join for their protection and for others’ protection To combat and eradicate anarchy in the West To establish a proper trade system in the region To establish a proper, constitutional administration to govern these people To preserve civility, peace, morality, and justice To form a society which upholds the people Therefore, we hereby establish a republic, with a senate, and an army.
