𝙎𝙋𝙀𝘼𝙍 ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ THE UNIVERSE OF HALF-LIFE ■▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬■ SPEAR is the offensive combat division of the Combine Civil Authority the Field Commander's primary instrument of force projection. Where other Civil Protection designations maintain, enforce, and contain, SPEAR moves forward. The division specializes in tactical combat and strategic operations, deployed when a situation demands more than suppression and less than a full Overwatch response. SPEAR units are briefed, coordinated, and committed with intent. They do not respond to incidents. They are directed at them. When the Field Commander determines that a problem requires an offensive solution, SPEAR is the answer that goes through the door first.
