Description
𝗗𝗘𝗘𝗥 𝗖𝗢𝗟𝗟𝗘𝗚𝗘 𝐸𝑐𝑐𝑒 𝐻𝑜𝑚𝑜 𝑃𝑙𝑎𝑡𝑜𝑛𝑖𝑠 ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ The City of Three Portlands is an independent city-state and pocket dimension linked between the cities of Portland, Oregon and Portland, Maine, as well as the Isle of Portland; this triad is from what the name Three Portlands is derived from. Three Portlands is controlled by a genius loci known as the Mayor, who maintains the health of the city and the dimension, while the Three Portlands City Council governs the city as a whole. The city is a hub for the paranormal, with many paratech companies and occult schools taking root. Additionally, the Unusual Incidents Unit holds primary criminal jurisdiction within the city, after the Hoover Mandate was signed in 1929. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ Founded on August 24th, 2023.
