The Tanfield Railway is a standard gauge heritage railway in the english counties of Tyne and Wear and County Durham, The railway, which advertises itself as the worlds oldest railway, some parts being as old as 300 years old. The line is 4.8km (3 Miles) long with 4 stations, East Tanfield and Andrews House are the main entrances. There are 24 locomotives on the railway. We are in no way affiliated with the real life Tanfield Railway.
