TTBS 𝙎𝙩𝙖𝙛𝙛 𝙂𝙧𝙤𝙪𝙥: those who join without a staff rank will have their requests denied! —— Expectations For ALL Staff: - Attend at least two hosted sessions per week if hosting is scheduled. - Communicate if you are unable to attend or need to take a break. - Maintain an active presence in the group. Inactivity will result in demotion. - Actively advertise for the group or roleplay when possible. If conditions prevent you from doing that, inform the host. - Provide assistance to members who need help. Remember: If you are a staff member, you ONLY answer questions. MR+ (mod and up) are the only ones able to address concerns. - Assist hosts in any way they need. This may include: Acting as a line stopper, doing rank-ups, and sending out end shout for hosted events. Treat this role as a job. Being staff at FD will be fun, but we require respect and professionalism when attending hostings.
