Description
In the years leading up to the Second Civil War of Cybertron, a federation was established to govern the planet and mediate between two new factions: the Autobots and Decepticons. This Cybertronian Federation, led by Emirate Xaaron and the High Council of Iacon, is in charge of making sure that Cybertron stays in an era of peace and stability... Surely it won't go wrong.
