Description

Smoke and fire cast a shadow across the battle scarred ground. The war cries of armies have fallen silent, replaced by the crackling of fire and the last breaths of the vanquished. Thermopylae had stood as a beacon of unity behind the Greek world, a light that would then flicker into oblivion. Old Empires would crumble as new states would be forged from their remnants. Thermopylae would echo through the ages as its shockwave would break the fragile balance of the world. From ashes, a new world was forged. The echoes of Thermopylae would be heard for generations.
