Description
(Official) Phantom Faction for Black Magic II. Bounty system in place. Phantom, or alternatively the Phantoms, is an anarchist organization dedicated to reducing Will's decaying world government into a warzone. They aimed to bring back the days of the Great War, when everyone lived in constant fear of the Swarm. They are currently wanted by both the world leaders of Will and the descendants of their old nemesis: Purity. however, Phantom is a message -- a message that a world without war is not always a world without pain.
