Rule 4:Dark Shadow guards and Dark Honor Guards protect the council Room. Rule 5: Only People who are a Sith marauders, masters and dark lords are allowed in The council room. Rule 6: No Capes Unless MR or HR. Rule 7: No shoulder Plates unless Your a Dark Guard, Dark Shadow Guard, or Dark Honor Guard. Rule 8: Only Red Light Sabers. Rule 9: Don’t Be mean.
