State of Kansota, United Commonwealth of America "Ut Lex Dicit" /HPWTAmhEpB 1991 Kansota was founded in 1854 by settlers from the then-Dominion of America, and became an incorporated state in 1898. Its capitol, Melbourne, sits in Grace County, an island on Lake Huron which serves as a major shipping point.
