The Marine Corps Officer Candidates School (OCS) is where the future leaders of the Marine Corps are forged. Located in Quantico, Virginia, OCS is an intensive training and evaluation program designed to test the physical, mental, and leadership capabilities of candidates aspiring to earn the title of Marine Officer.
