Description
It's been over a decade since the day I lost my brother. I still have nightmares about it. He and his friends thought it would be funny to drag me to this abandoned church in the Ozark Forest. People have been going missing in the Ozarks throughout the years, sparking rumors about a demon loose in the forest, set loose by cultists or whatever. Of course, my brother and his friends didn't believe them, but I did. I'll never forget the sounds it made when it attacked us, or the way it tried to lure me out with my own brother's voice. Honestly, I shouldn't even be alive, but here I am. There haven't been any disappearances in the Ozarks since that night. Not until I got a paper at my door and saw "MISSING" in large, bold text. In that moment, my heart sank. I made a promise to my brother that I would find him and kill that thing that attacked us that night, and this gave me the confirmation I needed that it was still out there.
