Description
The Mayflower National Guard’s Engineer Company is a specialized unit dedicated to supporting combat operations through construction, mobility, ordnance disposal, and demolition. The unit was initially stood up as a transportation company in preparation for the Union of Columbia’s entrance into the Second Great War. Heavy casualties were sustained due to aggressive Westphalian convoy interference tactics. When the operations concluded, the Bureau of the Army redesignated the unit to an engineer company and placed it under the 27th Combat Support Battalion, Mayflower National Guard. Since then, the unit has been federalized for overseas deployment and been deployed domestically by the State of Mayflower.
