NOT AN OFFICIAL DETACHMENT OF THE 98TH! Don't blame us when an orbital strike shreds your entire company and leaves you as the only traumatized survivor. Blame the gunners; it's not like they can't see anything from above and need to rely on us for accurate coordinates. Even if we do get them wrong every now and then, our bulbous durasteel helmets protect us in our foxholes while you squishies and crunchies in your shiny plastoid get blown to smithereens, and nothing of value is lost. When we aren't bringing down an ungodly firestorm of turbolasers and destruction, we're guiding in freight from transports and shuttles. When the rations arrive, we help ourselves to the contents before everyone else. It's not like you Army footsloggers live long enough to complain! And if we catch you talking to Command about our little ration scheme, or find you trying to desert the frontlines? We'll be taking bets to see how far your remains land from the splashdown. Glory to the Navy!
