The 1st Alpen East Asia Corps, better known as the Vulcans, are an occupational corps consisting of 5 thousand men. Founded in the early 1920s to quell resistance to the formation of the Tropics, the Vulcans were known for their brutality in their efforts to assimilate the population. The Vulcans operate in the areas of Kaiser Wilhelmsee and Kronprinz Fredrick Provinces. Since 1940, the corps has been commanded by Brigadegeneral [Bg] Susquahena.
