Description
The Colorado Institute for Technological Conception or "CiTEC" (stylized) for short is a decently sized rag-tag research & development faction of former alumni and senior researchers from all across the United States. While only found in the state of Colorado, they plan to expand their research across the Cascadian bioregion and the east coast. CiTEC reside in Paradigm's former blacksite, now just referred to as "The Lab". They continue their previous research from before the pandemic and carry the torch that had previously burnt out violently in the world of science. They are considered vigilantes, due to the fact their practices are illegal for civilians to conduct in the Colorado Containment Zone. (ZARP:SoA FACTION GROUP)
