Description

The Galactic Republic is the central governing body of the galaxy, uniting thousands of star systems under a single democratic government. Its mission is to maintain peace, enforce laws, regulate trade, and protect citizens from internal and external threats. Each member world sends representatives to the Galactic Senate, where debates and decisions shape the fate of the galaxy. The Supreme Chancellor, elected by the Senate, serves as the executive leader, overseeing law enforcement, coordinating defense, and guiding the Republic through crises. Despite its ideals, the Republic often faces challenges, from political corruption to conflicts between systems, yet it remains a symbol of unity and stability across countless worlds such as Coruscant, Geonosis, and more.
