Description
Formed in the year 1952 after Governor Jones authorized the construction of a comprehensive highway, or 'beltway' system to allow vehicle traffic to easily flow through the State, the Jones Beltway Authority as formed as a public benefit authority/LLC to provide maintenance and assistance on the system following its construction.
