Description
At the dawn of the millennium, the nation collapsed. At 15% unemployment, 10 million were out of work. 800,000 students boycotted school. The adults lost confidence, and, fearing the youth, eventually passed the Millennium Educational Reform Act... AKA: The BR Act. Each year a random junior high class is abducted and taken to a remote island. Each is equipped with a survival pack containing food, water, a map, and a randomly assigned weapon. Around their necks are explosive collars designed to enforce the program's rules. Their objective: eliminate each other until only one remains. If a participant breaks the rules, enters a forbidden zone, or no one emerges as the sole survivor within the time limit, the collars detonate, killing everyone.
