The Comes Domesticorum Peditum (Count of the Household Foot), had an elite unit of bodyguards, the Domestici Pedites. The Domestici Pedites are unique as they are the only scholae unit which fought on foot. As an Elite unit, they are highly trained, and when all of the Empire falls around them, these men will hold and see the Glory of the Eagle one more time! ₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪₪ 🌿In hoc signo vinces🌿
