-πππ ππππππππ- The (APP) is the central political institution that unites the nations of Asia, Oceania, and Africa. It has a collaborative and multicultural approach, but with absolute authority over key decisions. Key bodies of the APP: 1. Supreme Council Commission (SCC): It commands the armed forces. The Supreme Commander of Continental Defense presides over this commission, maintaining absolute control over the military policies of the PA. 2. Executive Bureau Committee (EBC): It is the highest governmental authority of the APP and oversees the enforcement of the law. However, its power is subordinate to the President of the Assembly, who has the final say on decisions. -ππππππππππππ- PE+ in the PA Not being part of the (PCC).
