We serve the people of post-war America in the Year 2481 AD after an ancient underground virus circulated around the world named "QAR-9" codenamed the "Pale Virus" turning infected humans into uncontrolled, pale cannibals. Enter District 001 to either be a Survivor or a member of the foundation. 𝗗𝗜𝗦𝗧𝗥𝗜𝗖𝗧 𝟬𝟬𝟭 The Cotha Foundation encompasses two-thirds of post-war America with 102 total districts. District 001 is the third largest and capital district of the Foundation. 𝗢𝗪𝗡𝗘𝗥𝗦𝗛𝗜𝗣 Cotha Foundation is a subsidiary of Ayrthion Entertainment.
