Its main base of operations is in Southern Italy, where it has entrenched itself in the political and economic landscape, using bribes, intimidation, and blackmail to maintain influence. It is led by Arthur Viktroas, a well-known former monarch/politician who was ousted from power but retained a loyal following. Under Arthur's leadership, the Viktroas Family has managed to control key industries, including smuggling, real estate, and local agriculture, while providing protection services to those loyal to their cause. Their long-term goal is to restore a version of monarchic rule that favors their interests, using both legal and illegal means to achieve their vision. Though many fear the Viktroas Family, they also have significant support among those disillusioned with the government.
