Description
(IMPORTANT!!) This group is purely fictional, and is NOT based on any real world events. In a what if scenario that the Soviet Union collapsed in 1988, instead of 1991. Purely. Fictional. LORE ------- Ryuztka was formed after the Soviet Collapse of 1988, or the Great Fall of the Iron Sickle and Hammer. Their motto is «За честь и победу», or "For Honor and Victory". Ryuztka is a somewhat monarchy, but mostly communist. In the beginning, it was an oligarchy but branched to a monarchy. Previous leaders can appoint acting chairmen to take over if they die, aswell as staying in power for 2 years. Presidential terms last 4-5 years, depending on public vote. Ryutzka is based in most of the USSR's land, aside from kyrgyzstan, which became independent. Leader(s) ------------- Nikolai_Vessel, Founder ? - President ? - Chairmen ? - Vice Chairmen This does not require DC, we like to make it more accessible to the public.
