Description
Bill and Associates was founded by William “BillActual” Tyler, a respected attorney and prosecutor who earned a reputation for his sharp litigation style and unwavering integrity while serving in the Mayflower Department of Justice. His vision was to create a firm that stood above politics—dedicated solely to justice, fairness, and the defense of lawful governance. From its Clark County headquarters, the firm quickly grew to serve clients across the Union of Columbia, with active operations in Clark County, New Haven County, Lee County, and Elizabeth County. Each branch maintains a deep understanding of its local courts and communities, allowing Bill and Associates to provide tailored legal counsel with both regional expertise and national reach.
